How To Halloween is my very first children's book that I wrote, illustrated and self published in the summer of 2014. In the book, Halloween expert, Stan Dennis explains the best and most fun way to celebrate Halloween all month long instead of only celebrating on the 31st. Stan shows you how to decorate, watch, read and eat the only way he knows how to, the "Dennis" way.
UGLY PUMPKIN MAIL CO.
Ugly Pumpkin Mail Co. (also known as UPMC) was established in 2014 to accompany the release of the book, Stan Dennis Presents: How To Halloween, The "Dennis" Way. Each October, UPMC offers a fun and limited run of spooky goods aimed towards Halloween lovers everywhere! The releases so far consist of buttons, stickers and postcards with the plans to produce wearable goods and decor in the near future. UPMC has shipped to Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia and all over the US!
Being scared is fun! Inspired by my trip to Disneyland, I wanted to pay homage to a couple of scary/fun rides that lived up to the expectations my imagination set at a very young age. Can you guess which rides these pieces are inspired by?
Wanderers society is an apparel and accessories fueled brand based on both things loved and loathed by friend and Chicago resident, Brent Cayson. I was asked to create some coffee themed ideas that celebrate proper coffee culture and an over caffeinated lifestyle.
The Catch is an all ages comic book telling the story of Harold and Sue, two characters who aren't exactly friends yet. By finding a mysterious ring and throwing it into the swamp, a creature consisting of wood and attitude rises to the surface, making this a night they will never forget.
Children's Illustration. A classic tale of boy VS bot.
Yestercon is a yearly nostalgic filled toy convention oozing with 80's & 90's fun, based in Carson, CA. Creator, Scott Corle first approached me to create the logo for the convention, wanting to have a 90's look and feel to it. Later we both realized nothing is more 90's then having a fun mascot! Based off characters like Doug Funnie and Kid Vid, our very own Con Kid was born. Con Kid has the look of a character from our childhood but looks more like we do now and with the event focused on our age group, we knew this would strike a familiar chord in those attending. Con Kid is used to promote the event and is known to be involved in some great cosplay!

A few years back during a trip to Franklin, TN, my wife and I took a ghost tour of downtown. After a couple of hours of hearing fascinating ghost stories involving both sides of the civil war, I felt inspired to create this piece.
25 Days of Elves
25 Days of Elves was a daily draw challenge that took place between December 1st through December 25th of 2014, where I drew a new elf that capitalized on fun characteristics and posted them to my Instagram account to help countdown the days to Christmas. From cowboys to ninjas, there's an elf for everyone!
Snack time is the best part of the movie! This illustration was created for the, Buy The Rights: Movie Pitching Party Game's Kickstarter. This piece was inspired by the old pre-movie commercial dancing snacks, used to convince people to hit up the snack bar before show time. We took a more modern approach showing a bit of humor to relate to todays movie goers while still keeping that classic style. Pledgers of a certain amount were able to obtain this as a limited edition 11x17 print. For more info on the game, check it out here!
